Equipment
I primarily use Nikon Digital and Film cameras. I own a wide assortment of nikon bodies and almost all of their current lenses. www.nikonusa.com Some people make arguments for other small format digital camera bodies that are very valid arguments. I could go into detail but instead I'll just say that I like Nikon glass better and leave it at that.
I use Lexar digital media exclusively for camera capture www.lexarmedia.com, Really right stuff (RRS) mounts and brackets www.reallyrightstuff.com, Manfrotto carbon and aluminum pods and supports. www.manfrotto.com.
Rouding out my equipment list last and not least is Apple Computers for state of the art workflow and delivery. www.apple.com
I also use Apple Aperture and like it a great deal. I would however like to say something to Apple about it here. Apple, stop trying to make Aperture an iPhoto replacement and get back to why it was written in the first place, for Professionals. You have an opportunity to be the digital photography workflow standard. Please stop stripping features from it to make it easier for joe consumer to use. Tripple the price if you have to just stop watering it down.
None of these companies sponsor me. I list them here because I beleive they make the best gear in their respective areas and make my job easier and I would just like to thank them. |
